California Hospital Medical Center recognized for exceptional patient care, voted ‘Best Hospital’ for second consecutive year 

LOS ANGELES  (September 5, 2024) –  California Hospital Medical Center (CHMC) has been honored with two prestigious awards, solidifying its position as a leading health care provider of choice in Los Angeles. 

The hospital received the 2024 NRC Health Consumer Loyalty Award, recognizing its commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving loyalty among its patients. CHMC was also named Best Hospital in the "Best of Downtown 2024" special edition of LA Downtown News for the second year in a row.

The NRC Health Consumer Loyalty Award is a testament to CHMC's dedication to providing compassionate, personalized care and prioritizing the patient experience. NRC Health’s loyalty-based hospital ranking acknowledges the top 100 health care facilities that have exemplified the effort, commitment and initiative necessary to address and solve health care’s biggest challenges by inspiring long-lasting loyalty among their patient populations.  The 100 top-performing hospitals are identified by NRC Health’s Market Insights survey, the largest consumer perceptions survey in the nation, measuring more than 300,000 consumer opinions nationwide.
